The CEO and Publisher of Sportspro News, Bayour Issah, congratulated the newly appointed Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC), Mallam Shehu Dikko.
The administratively experienced Mallam Dikko was named the NSC Chairman on Wednesday by President Bola Tinubu to take charge of the pursuit of Sports development in Nigeria.
The Sportspro News Boss while describing the appointment as a round peg in round hole expressed his confidence on Dikko’s ability to deliver on his mandate.
Issah said, “Mallam Shehu Dikko is an experienced sports administrator and I believe that he will perform well in his new assignment.”
The ace sportscaster however called on stakeholders across board to throw their weight behind the new NSC Chairman in his bid to take sports to enviable height. Dikko was the Chairman of the League Management Board and the Second Vice President of the Nigeria Football Fedration.
The National Sports Commission replaces the Ministry of Sports Development.
