Abia Comets boss congratulates Dikko as NSC Chairman

Chairman of Abia Comets Football Club of Umuahia, Chief Boniface Alozie Uche, has extended his congratulations to Shehu Dikko on his appointment as the new Chairman of the National Sports Commission (NSC).

The chairman, who paid him a visit on Monday, at his office in Abuja, expressed his confidence in Dikko’s ability to lead Nigerian sports to greater heights.

“I am delighted to congratulate Shehu Dikko on his appointment as the NSC Chairman,” Uche said.

 “Dikko is a seasoned sports administrator with a proven track record of success. I am confident that he will bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to bear on his new role and help Nigerian sports reach new heights.”

He also highlighted the importance of collaboration between the NSC and football clubs like Abia Comets, in developing and promoting Nigerian football. He expressed his hope that Dikko’s leadership will foster a stronger partnership between the two entities.

“Abia Comets Football Club is committed to the development of Nigerian football,” Chief Uche stated.

“We believe that a strong partnership between the NSC and football clubs is crucial for the growth of the sport in Nigeria.

 “We look forward to working with Shehu Dikko and the National Sports Commission to achieve our shared goals.”

The NSC Chairman, Shehu Dikkio expressed his appreciation to the Abia Comets Boss, for paying him a visit, revealed that the Sports Commission will work closely with all the clubs and other Sports sectors together for the betterment of Sport development in Nigeria.

Dikko’s appointment as NSC Chairman is seen as a positive development for Nigerian sports. With his extensive experience in football administration and his passion for sports development, Dikko is expected to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the National Sports Commission.
