Super Eagles Update: 21 players in Abidjan camp

The Super Eagles have raised their work level as they prepare to face the Republic of Benin national team in an African Nations Cup 2025 qualifying match slated for Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire on Thursday. A total of 10 players were driven into the camp as a batch from the airport on Tuesday afternoon to put the number of those in camp to 21.

The Beninese players are also in the Ivorian capital as they arrived in town by Monday morning. They do not have any approved stadium for their home games which has forced them to use Abidjan as their home.

Super Eagles will move to Uyo after the game for the fixture against Rwanda will be played on Monday.
