African Games gold medallist and former African champion, Patience Okon-George, is confirmed to compete in the women’s 400m at the AFN/Dynamic Athletics Meet.
Fresh from an outstanding performance at the National Sports Festival in May, where she set a new Festival Record of 51.64s, the veteran quarter-miler will be looking to build on that momentum and thrill fans once again.
The AFN/Dynamic Athletics Meet offers yet another chance to witness one of Nigeria’s finest 400m runners in her element.
We also heard from the insiders that veteran Olympian Mary Onyali would be making an appearance at the meet at Yabatech Sports ground essentially to promote Youth participation in Athletics.
