President Trump suspends Nigerians on B-1, B-2, B-1/B-2, F, M & J visas from entering the US

The American White House has issued an order suspending the entry into the United States of nationals of Nigerians on B-1, B-2, B-1/B-2, F, M, and J visas, either as immigrants or non-immigrants.

Furthermore, Consular Officers have also been directed to reduce the validity for any other non-immigrant visas issued to Nigerians to the extent permitted by law.

This is part of the latest moves by the American Government under the orders of President Donald Trump to check terrorism in some parts of Nigeria and overstays of Nigerians in the US.

The statement freshly released reads: “The entry into the US of nationals of Nigeria as Immigrants & Nonimmigrants on B-1, B‑2, B-1/B-2, F, M, & J visas is hereby suspended.”
