Ralph Chidozie George re-elected into Anambra State Football Association Board

Veteran Broadcast Sports journalist Ralph Chidozie George has been re-elected to the executive board of the Anambra State Football Association (ANSFA).

Chidozie-George, who is a Commentator with SuperSport TV, was elected for another four-year term (2026 – 2030) at the 2026 ANSFA elective Congress held on Tuesday at the East End Hotel in Awka, Anambra State.

He was first elected for a four-year tenure in 2020, but the tenure only commenced in July 2022 when the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) approved the Chikelue Iloenyosi’s led board.

The former Enugu SWAN Chairman, Enugu State chapter, was unanimously elected by the 23 delegates representing Local Football Councils (LFC), Coaches Association, Referees Council and Players Union in the State.

The former Radio Nigeria, Brila FM and Cosmo FM Enugu presenter thanked the delegates for unanimously electing him to serve for another four-year term, and assured them that he would continue to work with the board Chairman, ‘General’ Chikelue Iloenyosi, to sustain the growth and advancement of football in Anambra State.

Accolades and congratulatory messages continue to pour in for Mr. George from colleagues, players, and other football stakeholders from Nigeria and abroad as He was re-elected for the second time as a Board member of the Anambra State Football Association.
